Hi guys,

So been doing alot of digging and even made an account with a casino I knew was using Smartpayments.ee transactions as the payment merchants (All done with my partner to ensure I never gambled).

So Cardaq are involved in these transactions and they have strict polices on their websites about companies using the correct merchant codes. I am waiting for a reply and I will keep you all updated but maybe, just maybe we might be onto something!

Praxis pay is another. I am going to get emails sent to both these and request all GDPR and SARS from both my previous bank cards. I do recognise Cardaq from the past. So let's see where this goes 🙂

Cardaq clearly states that using the 7995 MCC the merchants must provide all relevant data e.g. casino license etc. I am aware that some of the casinos who have used smartpayments.ee do not have licenses!

So let's see what happens here 🙂

Update. The companies in question never provided receipts neither did cardaq, they also have their own chargeback forms on the website

So anyone who has SMPAYPF*Maginc - direct it to these! 😁😁

I have made many bank transfers to Arezella Limited and wonder if there is anything I can do about it.

So I was going thru my history last night and eventually stumbled upon these. Asked my partner to help me make an account in her name etc.. we did. First transaction was an smpaypf*maginc. The downside is that it went straight through no 3DS! So I've probably lost $20 But I don't mind.

Went thru cardaq. All smpaypf payments I have on statements I matched them all up and cardaq is there on them all in my browser history!

Perks of not deleting your history ever 🤣🤷‍♂️ so yes I'm pretty sure there is something going on, they are also FCA Registered.

Have a look at their site and do it properly lots of loopholes to get money back and if they say they are not involved they are as I sent my Internet history over and a screenshot of the processing transaction!

They will have to contact the merchants in question!

Ok im still waiting on them replying which is odd but fair play I will try cardaq

Smartpayments.ee is 100% the Smpay! There is no denying it. I seen it coming up when I did the bogey transaction last night!
