This casino has some bad practices and I do NOT recommend it. On several occasions I have been winning and when I am winning considerable amounts the game freezes (second freeze) and gives an error and no longer lets you enter. To collect from you it is very efficient and fast, but to withdraw money they take a long time. I made a withdrawal since Tuesday and they still have not processed it. Unfairly or dishonestly they leave it there waiting for you to cancel the withdrawal and continue playing. Other casinos like NOVIBET deposit you in less than 5 minutes, literally, in minutes.

I've already lost a lot of money at Campobet and I just want to file this complaint. This happened to me at Campobet Mexico. I don't know where the headquarters are, but I hope they get the complaint.

Also, because of my high income, they assigned me a VIP agent named Rosy. I claim to be a VIP. If this is how they treat those of us with that status, I can't imagine how they treat those of us who don't spend large amounts of money. The aforementioned agent hasn't responded to my emails or WhatsApp messages.

I'd rather not be contacted anymore. I'll take my money somewhere else where they have more respect for their customers.

Este casino tiene algunas malas prácticas y NO lo recomiendo, en varias ocasiones he estado ganando y cuando estoy ganando cantidades considerables el juego se freeza (second congela) y se pone error y ya no deja entrar, para cobrarte es muy eficaz y rápido, pero para retirar dinero tardan mucho, yo hice un retiro desde el día martes y aun no lo procesan, injustamente o deshonestamente lo dejan ahí esperando que uno cancele el retiro y lo siga jugando. Otros casinos como NOVIBET te depositan en menos de 5 minutos, literal, en minutos.

Ya he perdido mucho dinero en Campobet y solo quiero poner esta queja, esto me pasó en Campobet Mexico, no se donde sea la sede pero espero que la queja les llegue.

También por mis altos ingresos en mi cuenta ta me asignaron a una agente de VIP de nombre Rosy, según soy VIP, si así nos tratan a los que tenemos esa categoría no quiero imaginar como tratan a los que no gastan grandes cantidades de dinero. La susodicha agente no me ha respondido ni correos ni mensajes de WhatsApp.

Prefiero que ya no se comunique, llevare mi dinero a otro sitio donde tengan más respeto por los clientes.

I don't know how they handle it in your country. It's ridiculous to wait 14 days for a withdrawal. I was told it was within 24 hours, not 14 days. That's not a way to cooperate; it's ABUSE. I'll continue to give the casino bad press. This isn't my first time withdrawing. There's nothing to verify; I have everything in order. Or are they doing it because of their dishonest practices so the customer cancels and reuses the balance, so the casino doesn't have to pay any withdrawals?

AT NOVIBET IT TAKES LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, so this company cooperates "with the hot ones" not the other way around.

No se como lo manejen en tu país, es ridículo esperar 14 dias por un retiro, a mi me dijeron que en 24 horas no 14 dias, esa no es una manera de cooperar, es un ABUSO. Seguiré haciéndole mala publicidad al casino. NO es la primera vez que retiro, no hay nada que verificar, todo lo tengo en regla, o lo hacen por sus malas prácticas deshonestas para que el cliente cancele y vuelva a utilizar el saldo y así el casino no tenga que pagar ningun retiro.

EN NOVIBET SE TARDAN MENOS DE 5 MINUTOS, así esa empresa coopera "con los calientes" no al revés.
