Hello,

Thank You for response. I've been playing 95% roulette high bets, few other bets like black jack or slots almost none because I'm roulette player. I couldn't download history because after they have requested new documents - selfie I though it's standard before processing higher payout but after this they locked account - never though to download any history etc - were no reason IMO. Didn't play any bonus just real money... it was from 500 or 700 deposit - don't remember clear - few bets and finished 5000+ I've got few withdrawals for 3 or 4k earlier from them but not this time...

Afterwards we performed the cross check of account with our Affiliate network casinos and discovered related accounts belonging to different people, however, containing the same information which leads us to the possible collusion taking place.

I still can't see anything wrong / clear here, I can payout any system they want, I just use ecopayz and ethereum systems of payment.

To be more clear: maybe there was 1 bet usual but for whole deposit so it's not low risk or whatever is that if I play black/red ?

I don't have idea of any related different people account and what this have to do with my bets/winnings? this is more complicated for me to understand now as it was before that I used roulette betting strategy...

Sure betting on red / black can’t be considered game strategy, as well as using of several payment methods in one account isn’t prohibited.

However, your account has been blocked due to the fact that combination of gaming and deposit activity had been suspicious for Drift Casino Security team. As stated in our T&C’s if there is any suspicion of illegal actions, we have the right to refuse providing any services to the client.


Also please note that as the client did not have unused deposits, the funds that has been written off from player’s account were received as a result of suspicious bets.

The decision of blocking account and forfeiting the balance will not be reviewed.


Also, I can provide you with decryption of client's rounds that were requested from provider (Evolution), where we can see in detail how bets were placed together with payment statistics. please advise if I should send information to the thread or via direct message?


The first thing that catches your eye is that client was fulfilling the deposit turnover requirement with one bet, while making a bet that statistically implies doubling the win (since when you're playing the roulette it is possible to wait until the chance of drop of particular colour is very high). Plus bet on zero insures you don't lose money.Then after 1 bet client creates a request for withdrawal already to another payment system.

We can regard such behavior as suspicious activity for the purpose of earning and transferring funds from one payment system to another.

Casino, however, fully supports the game for the sake of pleasure and does not accept the game for the sake of earning.

Waiting until chance of drop of palticular colour is very high??? This is absurd, please send all statistics to the casino.guru

I'm telling again: I can withdraw to any payment method You want... I used eth+ecopayz that's why I requested to be paid partially here and there after bigger win...From what I can see it's better for You than to withdraw to one system if You say that if I deposit other method win and withdraw other method is not ok...

As I said before - You can pay me any account You want, it doesn't matter much for me where I will cashout, I used both systems and had no intention to do anything wrong. You can always cancel withdrawal and send me message / warning if anything is wrong and I would follow instead of closing account with 5000+ eur winnings.
