I cannot withdraw my winnings or even what I've deposited. Site is https://crypt.casino/.


I could not get any replies. I called their number and it was out of service +44 703 607 5351. I emailed cryptcasino999@gmail.com and never heard back. When I email support@crypt.casino I get a "message undeliverable email".

No one can confirm the business on address:

Crypt Casino ltd (3046661) - Lovell House, 6 Archway, Hulme, Manchester M15 5RL, United Kingdom


The website has provably fair and KYC policy. I don't have any way to send them any documents to prove my identity. I deposited $500 and won another $1100. I submitted withdrawals but they didn't go through. My account is now disabled.

The payments were submitted on July 5th through CoinPayments.net . My issue is NOT having trouble to verify my identity but trouble of doing Anything at all. I paid with DAI.

I have all receipts and transaction IDs for the payments and can provide the wallets I sent to as well. I could no longer log into my account as of July 15, 2020

I did NOT disable this account. Crypto casino did. I don't even know what else I need to do to withdraw. I cannot get in touch with them and I have records of me trying.

I don't know because I cannot do anything at all to contact them. I started the withdrawal process but it never happened.

We would like to ask the Crypt Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
