The player was accused of chargebacks. All funds sized.
To be verified the player sent passport foto, council tax letter. The casino asked for the front and back of the bank card used. The player said he lost it and therefore he contacted the bank to issue the new one. This case stayed unresolved and the casino decided to contact gambling authorities, no update since.

The player was accused of breaching bonus terms, particularly the max bet.
However, the player had a chat transcript confirming that the game with the double feature placing bets of 8 GBP is fine. Max bet only applies to the initial stake placed. The casino later confiscated all the winnings. Possibly the support gave the wrong answer but the casino never responded to this complaint.

The player was at least asking for deposit returned even he is not aware of any breaching of TCs. The casino responded to this complaint but never showed any proper evidence and we can not tell witch fraud the player potentially made. The case did not move since and stayed unresolved.
