In the meantime, his account was blocked and his winnings were pending on his account. Player didn't understand why the casino wanted more proofs of his account because it had already been verified. No reply from the casino, the player was considering legal action again the casino, no more update.

Player complained that after he wanted to withdraw money he was told he couldn't use the same payment method for withdrawal that he had used for deposits. Player sent to the casino all the possible document for verification but apparently, they were not accepted and the player was accused of fraud. No reply from the casino, no more update.

Account blocked, all fund seized.
Player used to play in this casino, he had no issues, his account was verified. He then didn't play there for a long period of time. When he wanted to take up playing again, his account was locked and needed to be verified again. Based on casino support's confirmation player could open a new account with the current email address. While he sent verification documents to the casino he made a deposit but was unable to make a bet until the documents were not approved. Apparently, the player was accused of fraud, of depositing money without wagering them - which he said was unable to do so, then he was told he was unable to wager because his account was blocked. No reply from the casino, no more update.

Paysafecard vouchers receipt issues withdrawal refused.
Player complained the casino wouldn't approve his withdrawal until the payment method used for deposits was not approved. In this case, however, the payment method used were Paysafecard vouchers which the player threw away after the deposit was made. Casino replied via email saying they needed this payment method get verified, they then stopped communicating with the player. Apparently, they were also in contact with the Paysafecard provider. No more update.

Technical glitch

Player reported a software glitch, but several weeks after, the game was still stuck.
Player complained about lack of assistance from the casino's support. He played a slot machine game which kept getting frozen on his computer. He reported this to the casino but they were unable to provide him satisfactory answer and blamed it on player's internet connection. Uncertain case, no reply from the casino.

Examples: Player won a certain amount of money and was asked for verification documents for withdrawal approval, he asked on live chat to suspend his account by the time the casino received the documents but later he still could log in to his account and lost all his money, he asked for refund; player complained that after he played slots game and was sure he was about to win huge amount of money the game froze, player mentioned something about an issue with the payment method and casino not replying to him, uncertain case; player complained he was able to deposit and play with a bonus while being from restricted country - his account then got blocked and the player lost his deposit; player accused of collusion, account locked, all funds seized - no replies from the casino in any case.
