Player complained that after he had sent the requested verification documents to the casino he was told that there were issues with the documents and his account was closed. Player was accused of having breached the terms and conditions and was refused a refund. He complained about lack of communication in support too. In the last note, the player said he was sending all the proofs to the UK gambling commission for further investigation. No reply from the casino, no more update.

When he asked the casino what was the reason he was told they had the right to close his account at the sole discretion and they terminated the agreement between the casino and the player.
