A part of Jimmy's winning has disappeared without a trace and the casino won't give him an explanation.
Jimmy complained about winning with the welcome bonus an amount of €1,400. When that happened, he got notified that if he kept playing, he would be playing with the real money, which also meant that he had completed the wagering requirement. But when Jimmy closed his game, he had only €391 left on the account. He automatically contacted the casino and they told him to contact the manager. Jimmy kept contacting the manager numerous times and when he finally responded, he pushed him away with an information that they would investigate the case and would get in touch with him as soon as they would found a resolution. They never did and the casino also never responded to the complaint, which left this case unresolved.
