The player was self-excluded in a sister casino after he lost he asked for a deposit refund.
After he placed complaint publicly and showed the conversation with the casino platform, which says that he already was refunded in 4 different casinos due to self-exclusion. EveryMatrix wrote they found this behaviour abusive and this time the player used different email and address so they were unable to detect it was him. He did not agree and claimed he used the same personal details. As a UK citizen he should be refunded, therefore hard to decide who is right.
