The player became a regular and loyal customer and never had any problems with the casino until the new manager replaced the old one. When he/she requested a withdrawal of €10,483, it was denied due to interfering with a software, which is strictly prohibited by the terms and conditions rules of the Frank Casino. Player insisted on that he never violated the terms and conditions. Player had fulfilled all the requirements of the casino and passed the identity verification. The casino didn't provide any relevant evidence which is why the complaint remains unresolved. Player had indeed contacted relevant regulatory body as suggested within Askgambler's public message.
