Then the casino replied that actually the player had self-excluded himself from the sister casino and confirmed it back then. Casino used a poor excuse that player IDs didn't pass their verification but sooner they accepted them. The whole story is very interesting. Lady was disconnected during a spin and her screenshots indicate that she might a won some money. Casino firstly compensates her the value of spin but she pointed out that there was a winning. Then casino came with a gesture of goodwill and offer her £250 as a compensation but this lady makes some calculations and disagreed with compensation because her winning should be £661. How the case ends its a mystery: both sides agree on a deeper investigation of the case.
